Tit Kon Yum is one of China’s best loved oolongs, and it is steeped in history. Chinese legend tells of a tea farmer whose walk to work each day took him past a neglected shrine to the goddess Kuan Yin. He began to take care of the shrine and as a reward, the goddess rewarded him with a new tea shoot - he planted it in his tea garden and his wonderful teas became famous everywhere!
